The winner of the award will automatically waive the right to pursue or dispute such works (including any intellectual property and moral rights).

- All employees and their family members of MTF ingde are not eligible to participate in this event to ensure fairness.
- If the account of the person who has received the reward is terminated by the Company due to any suspicion of fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any gift certificates, rewards given and any legal liability or loss arising from the behavior of the above-mentioned winner.
