Grace Period
7-day grace period. Make up the trade within the first 7 days of the following month to waive the fee.
Settlement Fee
A flat fee of HKD 250 per closing (full or partial).
Handling of Interrupted Contributions
No trades for 3 consecutive months ➔ Forced closing (only settlement fee charged, administration fee arrears waived). After closing, you may use the account balance directly or deposit funds to restart.
Redemption Threshold
Accumulate 1 ounce to redeem physical gold.
Delivery Time
Spot gold available as soon as same day; casting takes about 3–4 days, no longer than 2 weeks.

How does the "Easy Gold" Plan work?
Clients purchase gold monthly via the MT5 platform (minimum 0.01 ounce). Once 1 ounce is accumulated, you may apply to redeem physical gold, or close positions anytime to realize your holdings.
How can I withdraw funds midway?
Simply close your positions on the MT5 platform and then apply for withdrawal. Whether full or partial closing, each instruction incurs a flat fee.
What is the minimum entry cost?
The minimum trading unit of the "Easy Gold" Plan is 0.01 ounce. Since entry cost fluctuates with international gold prices, we cannot provide a fixed amount, but it is generally a few hundred HKD. No extra commission or handling fee is charged. You may check the latest entry cost anytime by logging into your MT5 platform and viewing the real-time quote for AU9999.ozt.
If gold prices rise, can I take profit early?
Yes. You may close positions anytime on the MT5 platform to lock in profits, or choose partial closing.
How do I claim rewards? What are the conditions for the USD 100 bonus?
Upon physical gold redemption, you may choose one of three rewards: Gold Bar USB, HKD 50 supermarket coupon, or USD 100 CFD trading bonus. If you select the USD 100 bonus, you must meet the following conditions within 1 month from the reward collection date (i.e., submission of redemption application) for the bonus to be credited to your CFD account:
- Product: XAUUSD (Gold CFD)
- Complete 3 or more open & close trades
- Total trading volume ≥ 1 lot
- Each trade must last at least 120 seconds (≥120s) (Close By trades and trades under 120s are not counted)
What happens if I stop contributing for several months?
Month 1 without contribution: HKD 50 arrears recorded (7-day grace period).
Month 2 without contribution: Arrears HKD 100, account frozen (no further purchases allowed).
Month 3 without contribution: Arrears HKD 150, company will enforce forced closing, charging only HKD 250 settlement fee and waiving HKD 150 arrears. Remaining funds will be credited to your trading account.

After forced closing, you may use the cash balance in your account or deposit new funds to restart accumulation from 0 ounce. If you have never claimed a completion reward, you may still claim it once you re-accumulate 1 ounce.
