Reward Terms

  1. For the New Account Bonus and Transfer-in Bonus, after verification by our colleagues, the bonus will be automatically credited to the eligible account. Daily statements can be sent to customer service via email or WhatsApp.
  2. The New Account Bonus is intended for clients to try out the trading platform and products. The bonus amount and any profits generated from it can only be withdrawn after accumulating a trading volume of at least 1 lot within one month from the date the bonus is credited.
  3. To continuously improve our services and share real trading stories, clients who utilize the New Account Bonus and successfully withdraw profits hereby agree and authorize Ming Tak MTF to reserve the right to invite them to participate in a brief client interview. The interview content (including but not limited to trading experience and feedback on our platform services) may be used by the Company for promotional purposes, authentic client testimonials, and sharing on social media platforms. The Company will select interviewees based on business needs and will obtain the client's consent again prior to the interview. As a token of appreciation for your valuable sharing, a small gift will be presented to those who complete the interview.
  4. If a client has no deposit record within the one-month period, the Company reserves the right to cancel the New Account Bonus, any profits earned from it, and any open positions established.
  5. The Referral Bonus will be credited to the referrer's and the referred friend's accounts after the referred friend meets the specified conditions and notifies our customer service. The bonus will be issued upon verification.
  6. The Trading Rebate will be verified at the end of each month. If the specified requirements are met, the rebate will be credited to the eligible account at the beginning of the following month. The Trading Rebate is calculated based on the first deposit and the trading volume within that month. Each client is limited to receiving this rebate once, and it is not a monthly recurring rebate.
  7. Trades closed via 'Close By' function, or with a holding period of less than 120 seconds, will not be counted towards the required trading volume. Only trades on XAUUSD (Spot Gold) and XAGUSD (Spot Silver) are considered valid for calculating trading volume.
  8. To ensure a fair trading environment and genuine trading experience, during this promotional period, clients who have newly opened an account and have never made a deposit are prohibited from using any form of Expert Advisors (EAs) or automated trading programs on their trading accounts. Ming Tak Financial reserves the right to cancel the bonus eligibility of any client who violates this rule.
  9. To ensure the fairness of the promotional activities, any form of abusive trading is strictly prohibited (including but not limited to: frequent opening and closing of positions within an extremely short period, latency arbitrage, or executing a large number of trades without a clear market rationale). The Company has the sole discretion to determine abnormal trading activities. Once such activities are identified, the Company will immediately cancel the client's eligibility for rewards and reserves the right to freeze or terminate the client's trading account.
  10. *Bonus is a credit bonus and does not constitute client funds; it cannot be withdrawn.
  11. Clients who fail to meet the above requirements will not be eligible for the rewards.
  12. This promotion is only applicable to clients in Hong Kong. Except for the Referral Bonus, each client is entitled to receive each of the other bonuses only once.
  13. All bonus amounts will be directly credited to the recipient's trading account. Clients who wish to withdraw these funds must notify customer service to process the withdrawal request.
  14. The above exchange rate between HKD and USD is fixed at 7.8. For other currency conversions to USD or HKD, the floating market exchange rate will apply.
  15. Ming Tak reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Ming Tak reserves the right of final decision.
  16. This promotion is not applicable to employees of Ming Tak MTF or their family members.
